Therefore, based on the vision and objectives established in 2001, PHAM T.G company was founded by Dr. Masoud Masoudi. The approach of PHAM T.G over the years has been evident: to provide innovative and cutting-edge equipment to hospitals and healthcare centers, conduct training courses to enhance the scientific knowledge of physicians and surgeons, and relentlessly pursue and introduce novel treatment methods and opportunities to advance medical goals and increase medical facilities and supplies, including surgical equipment and consumables.
Dr. Masoudi was among the pioneers who, after studying in the UK in the field of biomedical engineering and returning to Iran, collaborated with many renowned companies worldwide at the time and introduced equipment such as laparoscopy and stapling techniques, arthroscopy, anesthesia equipment, Plasmapheresis, and joint replacement. With the collaboration and consultation of companies such as Olympus, USSC, Dräger, Hemonotics, and AO, these equipment were brought into Iran.
Consequently, after its establishment, Pham.T.G relied on its members' experiences to utilize all available potentials for advancement and expansion. It managed to exclusively represent several companies in the relevant field and, through collaboration with them, provide the best services to improve the community's health level. While importing a portion of the healthcare needs, Pham.T.g began a new phase of activity in 2015 with the addition of engineer Sahand Masoudi, which further accelerated its growth rate.
In that year, considering a slight change in perspective and the addition of new, younger forces to demonstrate increased growth, the company's name was changed to Pouya Pharmed Pham.
In that year, a new chapter of the company began, and alongside its imports, it initiated research to introduce standard quality products to the manufacturing market. Continuous commitment to providing suitable services with the highest quality standards, as well as extensive supply, led to the recruitment of new forces.
The skilled, young, and educated personnel, trained by the best companies in various fields, were recruited by Phamcomed.
Personnel were hired for R&D in order to produce and search for new and suitable treatment opportunities. Sales teams were employed to increase sales and introduce the company's new and innovative products. Assistant surgeons were hired to participate in operating rooms and train surgeons on equipment usage. Foreign trade and many other fields were also recruited.
We believe that a company's success is based on the smaller achievements of its members. And ultimately, with the abundant perseverance of the members, we were able to introduce our first manufactured product called EndoBag in the field of laparoscopy to the medical equipment market under the brand name Marscomed, with the slogan 'A new chapter in healthcare' in 2021.
Today, we have succeeded in three areas: 1- Arthroscopy, 2- Laparoscopy, and 3- General consumable equipment, to produce more than 20 different products.
Throughout these years, alongside production and import of goods, we have collaborated with our commercial partners to achieve our goals. However, our goals have always been more than just product provision. Our aim and mission have always been the determination to find solutions to improve patients’ health and well-being."
